You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or creating inquiries through our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We take confidentiality seriously. Business information submitted through our platform will not be publicly disclosed without your explicit consent. Buyer access to deal materials requires execution of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and that we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality in all circumstances.

Exiting.com does not guarantee the sale of any business, the receipt of any offer, or a specific outcome from using our Services. Readiness scores and assessments are informational tools and should not be construed as valuations or appraisals. All transactions are subject to the independent agreement of buyers and sellers.

Exiting.com may introduce you to third-party brokers, advisors, or service providers. We may receive referral fees or commissions in connection with these introductions. These relationships will be disclosed where applicable. You are not obligated to engage with any referred party, and Exiting.com is not responsible for the actions, advice, or performance of third parties.

All content on the Exiting.com website—including text, graphics, logos, design, and software—is the property of Exiting.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

By submitting information, data, or content through the Services, you grant Exiting.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. You retain ownership of your content and may request its deletion at any time.
